An exciting opportunity for women to build technical skills, creative confidence and broadcast a live radio show.
The Women, Radio and Empowerment event took place on 6th and 8th November. In this event, 20 women from across Greater Manchester gained the skills and confidence to plan, produce and broadcast a live radio show to South, East and Central Manchester (and online across the world) with All Fm 96.9. No experience was necessary – attendees developed their ideas using some of the music which had helped them through life. It was great fun!
You can now listen to the radio shows developed and broadcast on All Fm 96.9 by participants. ‘UKWELI’ was broadcast on 6th November 2017, and ‘GIRLS IN SINC’ on 8th November 2017.
