University of Salford dementia and ageing hub showcase

This event is a public showcase of our ageing research (including dementia) from across ESRC and non-ESRC studies undertaken in recent years at the University of Salford (often with partner universities). The event is a means of making the public aware of our work around ageing but to also engage them and elicit their views regarding ageing research priorities and their potential involvement in setting and shaping these. The event will consider dementia and ageing research that relate to our pillars of research strength and activity which include positive and independent ageing, diversity and inclusiveness, technology & innovation, communities and neighbourhoods, built and care environments, creativity, housing and care home life; robotics and artificial intelligence.
