Social & Emotional Learning (SEL): Identifying and promoting effective practice

This knowledge exchange event will showcase recent international work in identifying effective Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) practices in school, for debate and discussion as to it’s relevancy and use in the Primary English school setting.

Attendees will engage and debate the utility, challenges and opportunities presented by these findings in relation to their own practice.  The event is an ideal opportunity for attendees to feed forward and inform directions for future research and dissemination of practice in this area.

The event will be captured using ‘visual minutes’ – an artist tableau created from the comments and discussions from participants.

Suitable for teachers, teaching assistants, senior leads, etc working with and within primary school settings.  Number 77 on the campus map.
