The arts are often used therapeutically to explore thoughts, feelings and our ability to come to terms with stressful situations. This session focuses on how they can support carers working with older people, helping them to think about care practice in innovative ways, supporting their wellbeing and enhancing the quality of care provided to older people.
Showcasing art created by care home teams, it also provides an opportunity to get creative yourself. This event is suitable for residential and care home staff who would like to explore different ways to reflect on their practice.
